I’m 2 weeks aways from being a certified esthetician and I can assure you the waxing here is not a good idea. My girlfriend was treating us both to getting an eyebrow wax when I realized the waxer was using the same stick in the same pot of wax and double dipping. as a waxer on any area of the body is a compete No No. She didn’t even prep her eyebrows to be waxed. I can not speak for any sanitary precautions done as a nail tech as that is not my field but from what I saw today. The waxing sanitary precautions are nonexistent. She didn’t even throw the stick away when she was done she laid it next to the wax for the next client to have used on their face.

I made a 11 45 appointment no one was waiting. Had to wait till noon to be seen while girl was sitting around talking and on her phone . I was on my lunch break I will never come back and would not recommend this salon to anyone the way I was treated was unbelievable. !!!!!!!

Myself and my daughter went 5/14/22 to get our feet and nails done. The lady that did my feet amazing extremely relaxing. After getting done the gentleman assigned to do my nails started off friendly until he cut my mails to the size he wanted them to be. Now before he put the acrylic on them I told him they were to long and due ti my job I don’t wear my nails that long. I asked him nicely to cut them down even made some jokes about what my employer would say. He gets livid and tells me to get out of his chair. Myself, my daughter and a old Caucasian lady sitting beside me all looked at him and laughed because we thought he was joking. I said me? You want me to get out of the chair really. He said yeah go wait for her speaking of the lady doing my daughters nails. The lady and the gentleman doing our nails were going back and fourth. The older lady said only thing she asked were to have her nails cut down. They continue to go back in fourth in their native language. He came back I asked him to take the nails off and I will go to Lana’s where I should have went anyway. He told me good they do nails better. I said perfect like it’s your business not mines. So, low in behold these people are rude and have horrible customer service. I won’t ever step foot back in this shop.

I love this place I am there FAITHLY every 2 weeks. They do a great job with manni/pedi my designs are very cute and I always get compliments on them. It make take a lil while to get done but it’s worth it. Also the price isn’t that bad either!!

Don’t go! 3hr for a mani/pedi, painful and she never quit talking loudly, literally the entire time, and not to me! Full set was thick, and nails were crooked. First Lady on the right… awful!

I got a pedicure by a man and he rushed the entire thing he was so rough with the grater thing my foot was stinging he cut me. He slapped me nail polish on and barely let it sit under the light irs all smeary looking he used the corner of his own nails without gloves to clean up the polish on the sides of mt nails . It’s dumpy with trash and boxes everywhere near their pedicure area
