Critical:Quality,ValueI do not recommend! The lady who did my nails was very rude. I showed her a picture of what I wanted she didn’t even do it. I tried to correct her she ignored me and she filed so hard cut like 4 of my fingers. After I said ouch and pulled away multiple times she kept yanking my hand back and continued to be rough. I do not recommend! The lady who did my nails was very rude. I showed her a picture of what I wanted she didn’t even do it. I tried to correct her she ignored me and she filed so hard cut like 4 of my fingers. After I said ouch and pulled away multiple times she kept yanking my hand back and continued to be rough. I don’t recommend. I called when they opened to make pedicure appointments for myself and my 6 year old daughter. They said 2 would be when we could get it. I made the appointments and arrived at 1:30 to pick out colors. My daughter was super excited to get her nails done. At 2:10 they took 3 other people who weren’t on the list and told me we couldn’t get our pedicures until after 3. My daughter was super disappointed as we had to leave. We tried other places but unfortunately since we chose to make the appt at JK instead of somewhere else, there were no other appointments available. Strongly recommend going anywhere else.

I waited over an hour for my appointment. And they only have like one person that can actually do designs. I am happy with my overall result. When I went to pay the price on their wall said $40 for a full set of acrylic nails, and five dollars for a design. I paid $55 for my nails. I tried telling the lady about the price but she would not budge. Also it took forever for my nails to get done.

My girlfriend was very excited to get her nails filled. She had been there before and had good experiences. This time, however, she was very disappointed. The owner was filling her nails. The final result was thin, and awfully crooked. She said she will not be returning, unfortunately.

I used to love going here but this last time I went the owner did my nails he seemed very dismissive and after he was done I looked at my nails and was very disappointed. They were very thin and almost all of them were crooked. I will not be returning.

Some people try to bulldoze their way in there without appointments and then get upset. I suspect any bad reviews are from those people. Make an appointment and you’ll get what you need. They made me bleed and they cut me multiple times with the drill and they were really rough , , my cousin asked for coffin and for square but some half coffin , when they were putting on the acrylic powder and the solution they got the solution all over my fingers and they got clumps in my nails and hair and didn’t bother to fix it or anything I DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!

Critical:Professionalism,PunctualityI came in to get a pedicure with an appointment and they almost turned me away. So I waited for 30 minutes. Then finally got helped, there was little to know understanding about what made me comfortable and the guy was so rough with my feet. He broke a file on my foot and almost cut me, then complained that he had to trim my one nail because it wasn’t his job. The steamed towels are hot enough to cook your legs and I got burnt and my skin was hot even after I left. I came for a relaxing moment and all I got was stressed out because they kept blaming me. Then when I left they demanded me to tip since I had a gift certificate. I came in to get a pedicure with an appointment and they almost turned me away. So I waited for 30 minutes. Then finally got helped, there was little to know understanding about what made me comfortable and the guy was so rough with my feet. I enjoyed the conversations I had with the staff. However, my nails were VERY uneven and didn’t resemble the photo I showed them at all. Within 3 days, two of my nails broke off and within a week a total of 4 nails have broken. I called and they said they will fix them free of charge. Hopefully the do a good job!!!Manicure,Pedicure
